How is your health? We are what we eat and so I challenge you to look closely to what kinds of foods you are choosing. With juicing, variety adds flavor and nutrition. Nature teaches us so much about how we are to live our life. When I find myself surrounded by like minded people, I may be comfortable but I won’t become my best.
